Shipping policy
LBC EXPRESS
We use LBC to ship nationwide. The fee is a minimum Php200 additional, and will be quoted upon checkout.
We do our LBC drop-offs 1-2 days after confirming payment.
Shipping under normal circumstances usually takes 2-3 days for Luzon addresses, 3-7 days (sometimes more) for Vis-Min addresses. This is subject to change and will also depend on the day-to-day situation in your locality. Please refer to this link for updated delivery times: https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/

GRAB / LALAMOVE
We can also arrange for Motorcycle pickup via Lalamove. This option is available to Metro Manila addresses only.
Our current pickup schedules are subject to change; we reserve the right to update this as necessary.
Right now it's "Everyday 5-7pm"
The Delivery Fare is at Buyer's expense. The Fare is set at Php100 minimum and this amount shall be paid upfront, upon checkout.
Actual Total Fare will depend on your shipping address; Buyer shall be advised of the total amount due via screenshots at the time of booking.
The rest of the Fare in excess of the Php100 already paid shall be shouldered by the Buyer and be paid directly to the Driver upon delivery of the item/s.
For items marked "Free Shipping", we will of course shoulder the entire Driver Fare on our end. This applies to Metro Manila addresses only and does not include toll fees and other incidentals that may arise.
Once you have completed checkout and we've confirmed payment for the items, we will contact you via SMS within 12-24 hours to confirm your details and arrange for pickup.
Orders fully paid in the morning can usually be arranged for pickup in the Afternoon of the SAME DAY. Orders fully paid in the afternoon / evening will typically be arranged for pickup the morning after. This applies to items paid for via Bank Deposit.
For Credit Card purchases regardless of the time of payment, shipping is ALWAYS one day after.
We book for pickups on our end; no exceptions.
