COVID 19 POLICY
Since we have always been a primarily online entity, we have not been affected too much by the current situation, but it has changed a few things regarding our fulfillment protocol.
In observance of the safety measures and health protocol required by our government to prevent the spread of the COVID19 virus: Whereas we used to do meetups in certain locations, and recently even curbside pickups, nowadays those options are suspended for the time being.
We don't foresee this changing anytime soon, while the vaccine situation is what it is. But we'll continually adapt our policy as the conditions change.
Transactions are now strictly conducted via online methods + local courier.
We practice safe social distancing when we have your packages picked up. Box surfaces are disinfected, and both Masks and Face Shields are strictly worn at all times. Everything is done at arm's length. Strictly no touching. Kahit pogi si manong driver. #marupok2021
LBC Drop-offs are treated with the same care, also strictly following the prescribed maximum personnel allowed inside the branch. And we call out people who don't follow this. (You should, too. Don't be afraid to call anyone out).
Similarly, buyers are strongly urged to wear both a mask and face shield, and to maintain social distancing when receiving packages from our couriers. We also encourage you to wash your hands with soap and water after handling the packages (alcohol and/or hand sanitizer does not do the job; it may be effective against bacterial infections but not viruses).
We do encourage our customers to communicate with us online through email and live chat (we're almost always online on FB).
