As a rule, we honor the manufacturer's warranty for the items we sell on this website.

Returns are permitted only after all avenues for resolution have been exhausted. This includes troubleshooting, replacement or repair as per the respective Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.

We Do Not Accept Returns Simply Because The Buyer Has Changed His Mind. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free of blemishes, unworn or unused, with all the accompanying papers, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is cleared for return, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Shipping cost for returning the item/s will be at buyer's expense. The Buyer is also responsible for making sure the item/s are amply protected (e.g. with bubble wrap if necessary) during transit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable items (such as Vacuum tubes)
  • Custom products (such as Powergrip or EA Monorail cables cut to length).
  • Clearance Items / Items Purchased on Sale

All Vacuum Tubes purchased from us are tested and intact at the time of shipping. Any breakages shall be attributed to the third-party courier.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Another option is to convert to store credit, for a future purchase. Please contact us directly at orders@spudmusicmanila.com for details on obtaining store credit.


Refunds

Again, We Do Not Accept Returns Simply Because The Buyer Has Changed His Mind. If there is an issue with the unit, we will repair or replace per the Manufacturer's Warranty Policy.

Refunds are permitted only after all avenues for resolution have been exhausted.


Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition and show no signs of wear or use including, but not limited to: pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the finished surface or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge. There is a minimum 15% re-stocking fee for returns that are not in original condition.

Your refund will be promptly processed when we have confirmed that your returned item meets these requirements. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
